Job Title:Contract Support Specialist (CSS)
Reports To: Program Directors
Management Position: No
Position Type: 20-25 hrs per week
Position Location: Remote
Availability: Monday-Friday (normal work hours)
Travel Requirements: No travel is required.
Position Overview: The Contract Support Specialist will work directly with the Program Directors, Senior Review Specialists, and Contract Coordinators, providing support during the administrative review process. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities with staff and sponsors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to Contract Coordinator.
Independently manage and coordinate multiple assigned projects, activities, resources, and dependencies according to priorities and deadlines.
Respond to email correspondence and conduct follow-up calls as needed.
Attend state agency meetings, record minutes, and provide a call summary as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent workflow across all areas.
Utilize the office website to maintain call logs, review specifics, and communicate with sponsors from a single location.
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned, when appropriate.
Knowledge Requirements:
Associate degree preferred.
2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant
Skill requirements:
Self-initiative for project development and implementation.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Additional Requirements:
Fingerprint clearance (as applicable) will be required.
Background check required.
