Seeking a Clinical Home Health RN in Fairview Heights! Join us for a 13-week travel contract, coordinating patient care with a focus on HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules for personalized skilled nursing care.
• Deliver 1-on-1 nursing care.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements:

• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid/clean driver's license.
• Minimum 6 months of Home Health experience.
• Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase proficiency.
