About the Role
We seek a highly skilled business to business (B2B) Content Marketing Writer with a deep understanding of the Healthcare Billing industry and the specific needs of medical billing professionals. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and effective communicator adept at crafting and executing content that resonates with our core audience - medical billing professionals within billing organizations.
You have a deep understanding of how to design engaging webinar decks, script webinars that captivate and educate, craft persuasive landing page copy, and develop email promotional sequences that maximize webinar attendance. Additionally, transforming complex medical billing information into accessible infographics and information sheets is crucial.
Your Area of Focus

  • Write content that directly addresses the challenges and goals of the medical biller, focusing on their need for detailed industry knowledge, efficiency in managing complex processes, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Create engaging, informative webinar decks and scripts that highlight the advantages of our Billing Solutions, emphasizing how they cater to the need for automation, compliance with diverse insurance regulations, and enhanced customer service.
  • Design persuasive landing page copy and email promotional sequences to maximize engagement, specifically tailored to billing professionals seeking to improve financial operations and transparency within their organizations.
  • Utilize SEO keyword best practices to ensure all content is easily discoverable by our target audience, driving relevant traffic to our digital platforms.

Your Professional Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B Content Marketing, particularly within the Healthcare Billing sector, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in webinar production, email marketing, landing page optimization, and educational resource creation.
  • A comprehensive understanding of medical billers, including their reliance on technology to manage billing processes, the challenges of adapting to insurance regulations, and their goal of optimizing the billing experience for efficiency and clarity.
  • Strong design skills, proficient in using Google Slides and Canva for creating visually compelling webinar decks and promotional materials, with the autonomy to reduce reliance on the creative team.
  • Ability to quickly adopt a writing style that is professional, informative, and tailored to a specialized audience, with a tone that is confident, authoritative, and focused on practical, technology-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Description
1. Webinars
$45-$75/hour
20-25 hours
Deliverables include a webinar deck and script (approximately 20-22 hours of work).
2. Email
$45-$75/hour
2-4 hours
Writing email nurtures to go along with a marketing campaign.
3. Landing page
$45-$75/hour
3-5 hours
Landing pages that include conversion rate optimization and SEO best practices for resource downloads and to book demos.
4. Copywriting web page
$250 to $500
Includes copy that is optimized for SEO (we will provide keyword research) and our target audience; any research that needs to be conducted.
5. Information sheet / Worksheet
$210 to $350
Includes copy based on interviewing SMEs, deep understanding of corresponding Tebra products, external research.
6. Infographic
$150 to $350
Includes breaking down proprietary and industry stats along with recommendations pulled from internal and external research.
4. eBook
$1 per word (typically around $3,000)
Includes breaking reading survey data, interviewing SMEs, and callouts to data visualizations.
