What You Will Do:
- Provide operational support to sales management; analyze sales data, add insights and provide reporting to your stakeholders.
- Partner closely with our sales teams to ensure contract compliance and help drive Stryker sales.
- Plan and coordinate projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Offer insights for new processes, document and execute upon those process improvements.
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
- Maintain information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field required.
- 2+ years accounting, finance and or data analytics experience required.
- Proven experience curating and interpreting relevant data for applicable business unites.
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce experience preferred, Excel experience required.
$57,000 - $88,500 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
