Key Responsibilities:

1. Behavioral Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with educators, support staff, and parents to implement effective behavior management strategies.
3. Training: Provide training and support to school staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
4. Data Collection: Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior plans.

Qualifications:

• Certification:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience: Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
