In this role, you will be expected to actively develop a clear understanding of our current workflows so that you can determine improvement priorities and best practices within our distribution centers. • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to ensure that improvement strategies are effectively conveyed to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Gain a deep understanding of current workflows, processes, and systems of our distribution operations in areas such as inbound, outbound, quality, inventory control, and so on.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects of varying complexity and significance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive their successful execution.
  • Thoroughly test and vet potential project solutions. As needed, analyze and develop ROIs based off current and forecasted data.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey improvement strategies and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and different departments to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and guide teams working to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel to designated locations as required.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and influence others without reliance on positional authority.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma tools a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, operations or logistics.
