We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager for our Manufacturing and Production division. This role will be instrumental in driving the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Continuous Improvement initiatives, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a passion for excellence. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Facilitate and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize processes.
3. Provide training and coaching to team members on Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Continuous Improvement initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
6. Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization, promoting engagement and participation at all levels.
7. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
8. Promote the use of data-driven decision-making and fact-based problem solving.
9. Drive standardization and consistency in processes to maintain high production standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
4. Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and software.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
10. Strong commitment to promoting a culture of Continuous Improvement.
