As a Content Producer, you will create high-quality, scalable self-service content and user experiences that help customers get the help they need, when they need it. In conjunction with Product Managers and internal stakeholders, the Content Producer will develop technical workflow content that proactively guides customers to value and unblocks them in the point of need. The Content Producer must have experience in developing technical content across a range of media and knowledge of how to build content based on learning objectives is desired. In addition, the Content Producer should be able to learn technical concepts quickly in order to distill and break down complex concepts for customers.
Your impact
Create & maintain effective help content (articles, videos, chatbots, and AI snippets) that motivates customers to self-serve and strengthen customer loyalty.
Creating & maintaining effective eLearning content for our self-service training platform with the most up to date product releases, enhancements and core workflow material.
Partner with key internal stakeholders to maintain up to date product release knowledge in order to ensure content relevance and accuracy across real-estate product lines.
Follow the templates and style guides in conjunction with content produced, and Manager, Content Experience direction.
Qualifications
Experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals; conducting quality analysis reviews of online instructional materials; and writing and editing skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
Instructional design or information architecture experience a plus.
Experience recording impactful demonstration videos for SaaS workflows.
Proven track record of working on team projects that deliver impact and influence to increase customer engagement and conversion in help content and workflows.
Demonstrated obsession regarding the customer experience; continually inspiring others to do better for the customer.
Relentlessly high standards and an eye for detail.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
Passion for technology and learning technology.
Must Haves
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years content development experience.
2+ years in fast-paced SaaS environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $55,000 to $80,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
