The Content Producer will be a key member of the North America Sales & Delivery Operations team developing and managing content to support retail experience, training, and product knowledge initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and copywriting experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced editorial environment and bring proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and creative strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Operations leadership to develop content meant to drive sales and customer engagement
- Work closely with program and product managers to understand project goals and translate them into compelling content
- Scriptwriting for video productions as needed
- Develop meaningful cross-functional relationships with subject-matter experts to understand and translate complex information into simple, engaging, on-brand content
- Project manage multiple projects, deadlines and platforms simultaneously
- Perform data-driven evaluations to inform strategy and improvements
- Collaborate with content creators to integrate strong copy and marketing messaging in various content streams
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a related field
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial abilities
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Broad functional experience with content development and creative production
- Experience managing confidential or proprietary information. Thrives in fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

$64,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
