We are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content for our company's training policies, practices, procedures, and internal marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Teams, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint and have a strong attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and style guides
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and other team members to create high-quality content
- Manage content production schedules and deadlines
- Proofread and fact-check content before publication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content editing
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
