Join our team as a Videographer/Editor and play a critical role in the growth of ResiBrands and each of our brands! As a Videographer/Editor on ResiBrands’ Content team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Director, Producer, and non-creatives to quickly and efficiently film a variety of different content pieces. This content includes but is not limited to: interview/documentary style videos, short-form organic/social content, paid ads and other product and lifestyle content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production: Shoot organic and social media content, including format branding and lifestyle videos, that helps highlight our brands. From filming complex commercial shoots to creating compelling visuals for interview/documentary-style videos, ensuring a seamless blend of storytelling and visual aesthetics.

  • Camera Operation: Demonstrate expertise in operating a variety of professional-grade camera equipment, including but not limited to cinema cameras, drones, and other specialized tools. You’ll also support lighting and audio of shoots as needed—both in-studio and on-location.

  • Shot List Development: Work together with producers to develop shot lists that best fit the needs of the video concept, and effectively estimate time needed for each shoot.

  • Innovation: Continuously improve technical skills and explore new techniques to elevate the quality of ResiBrand’s visual content.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain team video equipment as needed

  • Preparing and editing a wide range of content across a variety of camera formats and distribution platforms—including but not limited to owned/social content and paid content

  • Owning and optimizing the post-production workflow on multiple projects from start to finish—ingest, media manage, edit, motion graphics, color grade and delivery

  • Working closely with producers to address stakeholder feedback and collaborating cross-functionally with other creatives

  • Bringing original content ideas that align with the brands and missions.

  • Archiving, organizing, and managing digital assets in a cloud and local library.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with classical cinematography and lighting training for film and commercial with strong sense of cinematic composition, camera movement, lighting, and knowledge of camera and lens settings and theory like RAW and LOG recording formats, sensor size, ISO, shutter angle, resolution, frame rates, etc.

  • Experience with DSLR camera systems + stabilizers like Sony FX3 and the Ronin RS3.

  • Experience operating in studio mode, as well as handheld configurations.

  • Drone piloting experience with DJI

  • Technical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro to ingest, media manage, edit, color grading and final delivery. Understanding of codecs, frame rate, resolution/compression, proxy & offline workflows

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of captions and localizing content for multiple markets. Knowledge of advertising and media campaigns.

  • Basic understanding of DIT workflows and data ingestion and experience in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of video editing as well as experience in a corporate or agency environment (Required)

  • Proficiency using Adobe After Effects to create title animations, generate compositing, screen replacement, picture clean up, rotoscope, tracking etc. (Preferred)

Compensation: $70,000 - 75,000

Job Type: Full-time
