Content Designer

We are looking for a Content Designer to join the brokerage product team of one of our large fintech clients who is passionate about the financial world and committed to bringing the best user experiences to life.

In this role, you will design UX copy for a newer, web-based brokerage product. Once users are inside the product experience, you and a small, focused product team will take over and work closely to build this rich, centralized, multi-dimensional product.

If you are the right fit, you will add deep curiosity, warmth, humanity, and clarity to UX conversations the team is having with global customers. You are confident in working with world-class designers, content creators, and technical teams. And of course, you will use data to understand how to improve experiences and content to help customers have the best product experience possible.

This is a full-time, 4-month, contract engagement that will be rewarding, challenging, and high visibility. Pay rate depending on experience level is 55-68/hr. W-2

Required:

• 4+ years of experience creating new product experiences, using your words to help customers visualize, learn, and get the most out of financial products
• Strong understanding of information hierarchy and content architecture
• Strong data driven mindset and an ability to use data to tell a story that will enhance the customer experience
• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience with navigating legal and compliance specific to tech products

Preferred:

• Experience in the finance and/or healthcare industries.
• Trading or investment experience, even if on a personal level
