About You
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling social content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, this role will primarily work independently to craft messaging to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement.
About the Role
- Making relevant content across all platforms, social and beyond
- Showing a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content
- Creating relevant, resonant, impactful, objective-oriented content
- Turning any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
- Working independently to develop graphics within technical specifications (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Pencil Pro etc).
- Ideate, plan, and produce high-quality and culturally relevant video, still, and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Edit and post-produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and/or After Effects or Low-Fi editing tools for more ‘organic’ deliveries.
- Working knowledge of tools like Magic Ads, Synesthesia, 11 labs, and CapCut along with more formal editorial programs
- Writing compelling and concise social copy that captures attention, communicates key messages, encourages user interaction, and drives follower acquisition and retention.
- Staying current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Knowing the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads and more.
- Experience utilizing/prompting Gen AI platforms a plus.

- Role is hybrid - in the office Tuesday/Wednesday
- 2nd Round will include producing work (paid for your time) that you will present in person to the hiring team
- Salary is $70,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience
