Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Temple, TX - on-site (potential to WFH after training)
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
Professionally answering incoming calls and electronic requests from patients, family members and other external parties to register new patients, schedule healthcare appointments, answer questions, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements:
Must have 1+ year medical call center experience
Must be flexible to fill in on other shifts when requested
Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
Healthcare experience is preferred
Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment
Ability to work collaboratively with others
High school diploma or GED required
Flu vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity
