Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Ensure accurate data entry and registration
Coordinate appointments and provide necessary information
Communicate effectively with team members
Stay composed under pressure and prioritize tasks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient data entry and computer navigation skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and call center technology
