What you'll do...
As a Resolution Specialist III, you will execute special projects for the central services department for Walmart Health by collaborating with leadership on project requirements.
The responsibilities involve engaging prospective and existing patients through telephone interactions, guiding scheduling, and managing outbound calls (minimum 60+ daily), prioritizing worklists, ensuring timely patient callbacks and reminders, and documenting patient interactions meticulously.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience making outbound calls at a high volume
- 1 year of experience with Medicare Advantage Enrollment (AEP, OEP and SEP); Population Health or Value-Based Care
- Bilingual in Spanish; able to speak, read and write.
- MS suite proficient
- Critical thinking; able to work alone and be self-directed.
- Ability to be empathetic.
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solution oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Organized and with strong communication skills written and verbally.
- Data entry experience
- Experienced with EPIC & Salesforce software
