JOB TITLE:Contact Center Scrum Master
HOURLY RATE: $65-75 per hour (Independent Contractor)
LOCATION: Remote (West Coast)
EMPLOYEE TYPE: Contractor (1099/C2C)
TRAVEL REQUIRED: 2 days per month in Los Angeles

Overview:
The Contact Center is going through a transformation that encompasses both technology and process. This Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to manage Scrum/AGILE delivery through the change to a new technology. The most significant change is a migration from the array of legacy (on-prem) call center applications to a single new (cloud-based) technology in Genesys.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise technology environment
- Experienced with Agile Delivery
- Agile/Scrum Master Certifications
- Contact Center experience

- Utilities Experience
- CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)
- Experience with Genesys Contact Center Software
