SalaryAdecco is looking for a customer service rep in As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving service calls from customers, identifying their location, and gathering information regarding the reason for the call. You will prioritize service requests, set customer expectations, and dispatch technicians as needed. Additionally, you will handle other inbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Location:Remote (Must live in St. Louis/Bridgeton, San Antonio, Des Moines, Charleston, Charlotte, Kansas City)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm CST, with Monday and Tuesday off
Training Dates: June 10 or June 17; Three weeks Monday through Friday starting at 7:30am CST
Assignment Type: Temporary
Responsibilities:
Receive service calls and gather relevant information from customers.
Prioritize service requests and set customer expectations.
Enter information into the system and dispatch technicians.
Dispatch on-call technicians during weekends and non-business hours.
Determine warranty status of equipment and set customer expectations accordingly.
Monitor status of Priority 1 work orders and ensure timely handling.
Handle other types of inbound calls and follow defined procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain a high level of professionalism for internal and external customers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
1+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high call volume environment.
Good customer service skills and willingness to work flexible hours.
Basic PC skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a team environment and desire for continuous learning.
Ability to follow procedures.
Typing speed of minimum 40wpm.
Training Schedule: Three weeks Monday through Friday starting at 7:30am CST. Once training is complete, new hires will move to their assigned shift.
Note: Primary caregivers for children are not permitted to work remotely. A quiet, undisturbed workspace is required for this position.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
