The Contact Center Representative will provide customer service to our customers across the US. This is a position that will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, data entry into the CRM, and building relationships with customers and franchise locations.

As a Wallaby Windows call center agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with selecting the best options from our extensive product line.

Part time and full time positions available as well as evening and weekend hours.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide Wallaby Window customers with an exceptional service experience.
- Schedule appointments.
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about Wallaby Windows' world-class products and services.
- Keep Records of customer interaction or transactions and record details of inquiries and actions taken.
- Identify customers' needs and thoroughly address them.
- Clearly, Offer Detailed answers while providing concise options or explanations.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High energy and engaging communication style.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Be resourceful and effective in delivering answers to challenging scenarios.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Ability to work varying times between the hours of 9am - 6pm.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues.
- Be Yourself while inspiring your Wallaby Windows team with your ideas, knowledge, self-starting attitude, and customer insight.
- Reliable transportation.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Prior experience within the home services industry or CRM experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
