Position Summary:

The Client Care Representative at Monster Transmission & Performance is the first point of contact for incoming calls and is responsible for addressing client questions in a prompt and professional manner. The Client Care Representative is a guru of all Monster Transmission products, services, and promotions and is a trusted advisor to our customers.

The Client Care Representative will work directly under the Client Care Lead and Quality Assurance, ensuring that we deliver MonStar treatment to our customers, and that their expectations are being met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact to the customer for all service requests or inquiries.
  • Advise customers regarding Monster Transmission’s products, services, and active promotions.
  • Provide consistent, thorough, and accurate communication to customers to keep them updated on the progress of their order and provide updates on impending changes or delays.
  • Adhere to all company processes and procedures by putting the needs of our clients first and demonstrating a MonStar attitude.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all client interactions.
  • Escalate calls to the appropriate department as necessary.
  • Respond to and create tickets in Zoho ticketing system.
  • Return voicemails from customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred and/or Required Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
  • No technical skills or experience are required for this role; training on all our products and services, as well as our processes and procedures, will be provided.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Must possess the mobility to work in a standard office setting, and to use office equipment, including a computer. The concentration to maintain excellent attention to detail despite interruptions. The strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to communicate in person and/or over the phone and sit/stand for extended periods of time.
