```Duties```
- Conduct Direct Sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
```Experience```
- Proven experience in Direct Sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
