Formulate and administer job evaluation and market pricing for Client; maintining consistent and equitable approach of internal job grade relationships that align with the Enterprise phylosophy. Responsible for managing survey participation and leading market pay review process for Client
Lead in the research, design, implementation, and audit of short-term incentive plans that drive strategic performance while adhering to compliance controls and overall company objectives.
Perform analytics to ensure Compensation practices remain internally equitable, and externally competitive. Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity.
Leads the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs.
Lead/Partner with HRIM on various Compensation/ HR projects
