SalaryImmediate opening – CONSULTANT Program Associate Position Available
Statewide non-profit seeks to hire one consultant to provide services in support of various fiscal projects. The position requires a strong detail focus, and will be based in Albany, NY.
The grant-funded consultant opening provides the opportunity to work with a strong and supportive team at an established agency. Welfare Research, Inc. d/b/a WRI Solutions (WRI) is a mission-driven organization that provides assistance to public and private agencies supporting an array of work in human services (https://wrisolutions.org). o Location: 14 Columbia Circle, Suite 104, Albany, NY. Position requires consultant to be on site at WRI offices. Occasional remote work may be authorized.
o Hours: Consultant sets hours, but some consistency in scheduling is necessary to ensure work is regularly completed.
o Pay Rate: Hourly rate of $21/hour.
Interviews will occur via Zoom videoconference platform.
Minimum Qualifications: The Program Associate must possess the following:
· Experience with projects requiring detail focus
· Experience reviewing financial claims and/or dealing with fiscal materials and processes
· Experience working independently and reliably
· Experience working with confidential documents
· Strong communication skills
· An associate degree or comparable experience
Candidates must provide a resume detailing their professional experience, and three (3) professional references that can attest to the candidate’s capacity.
A criminal background clearance will be required prior to starting work.
