Role Description
The Program Consultant’s primary responsibility is to sustain proactive, friendly relationships with our clients and our staff. Providing information about our services and organizational support where necessary, Program Consultants communicate extensively with parents, students, and instructors via telephone, online meetings, and in-person meetings at our headquarters in Manhattan.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. The Program Consultant position offers considerable scope for further responsibilities in time; it is an excellent growth opportunity with projected salary increases for outstanding work and commitment.
Qualifications
· Articulate, intelligent, professional, reliable, patient, friendly, and flexible
· Phone and client relationship experience preferred
· Excellent phone manner, writing/editing skills, and an eye for detail
· Computer literacy; basic quantitative skills
· Bachelor’s degree required
Days/Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 per year plus benefits
