Purpose / Project Description:
The Consultant will lead cost proposals and support budget development in close coordination with relevant Mercy Corps Finance Managers.
Consultant Activities and Deliverables:
The Consultant will:
Work with MC country Finance Managers to draft and finalize cost proposals
Analyze donor cost questions following submission as needed
Lead development of proposal budgets as required including budget narratives.
Support Sr. Director of Cost/Pricing with review of budget templates and processes as needed
Timeframe / Schedule:
7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025

The Consultant will work closely with:
New Initiatives and Cost/Pricing team members
MC country office team members relevant to the proposal development
Required Experience & Skills:
5-10 years of experience in relevant technical field (required)
