```Duties:```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches and excavations
- Mix and pour concrete
- Assist with the installation of construction components, such as pipes, and walls
- Perform general maintenance tasks on construction equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic understanding of pool construction techniques and processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
