Job Summary:

The Clean & Repair Technician’s primary role is to clean, repair, and refurbish mobile office trailers. General construction knowledge is required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various electric/air-powered tools, along with regular hand tools.

• Precisely measure, cut, and install various types of construction material.

• Repair structural and cosmetic damage.

• Document tasks performed and materials used.

• Clean, repair, and/or refurbish mobile offices in preparation for customer utilization.

• Maintain a safety-first work environment at all times by following all safe practices and adhering to all safety standards.

• Consistently meet or exceed quality standards.

• Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work individually and as a team player.

• Follow written and verbal instructions.

• Knowledge of general carpentry.

• Ability to operate hand tools.

• Consistent high-quality work.

• Ability to work in all climates.

• Ability to move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. regularly.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage.

• Requires oral and written communication.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Good physical condition with ability to crawl, climb, and lift materials as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic carpentry

• Stable work history

• Dependable and reliable

• Pass a background check and drug screen

• Perform high quality work safely

• Driver’s license (preferred)

Areas of Basic Knowledge:

• Painting – metals & wood

• Paneling & trim work

• Vinyl tile removal and installation

• Electrical

• Plumbing

Job Type:

Full-time, 40 hrs/wk. Hours: M-Th: 7:00am – 4:30pm, F: 7:00am – 11:00am

Compensation:

Starting wage $16.00/hr. - with opportunities for advancement.
