Update project documentation and report on progress, obstacles, and timelines.
Manage and monitor subcontractors/suppliers and their work.
Review and fully understand blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Attend regular site meetings and address any issues that arise.
Construction Site Coordinator Requirements:

Is proficient with email and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheet, word processing).
Is familiar with construction terminology and can understand blueprints and specifications, or can quickly learn such skills and information. On-site experience in construction is required, preferably two years or more.
An engineering background of some sort is strongly preferred. Electrical/mechanical engineering or construction management backgrounds are a plus.
Has a California Driver License in good standing, and is comfortable with driving a (company-owned) pickup truck as needed (for example, construction materials transport).
