Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Johnson Custom Homes, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of luxury custom homes. You will work in a collaborative environment, coordinating with architects, designers, clients, trade partners, and the JCH team to ensure the successful execution of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end construction process of custom homes.
Coordinate and schedule trade partners
Collaborate with architects, designers and clients to understand and fulfill their vision
Lead and motivate the JCH team to achieve project goals.
Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Communicate effectively with written and verbal skills.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in custom home building.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing luxury custom home projects.
