SalaryOur client is a top industry well established Commercial Drywall/Interiors Contractor located near Akron, Ohio who is looking confidentially for a sharp Drywall Estimator/Project Manager to join their team.
This company specializes in commercial, industrial, k-12, university, office, assisted living and retail, projects averaging $500,000 to $3 million.
Compensation includes up to $110,000+ base salary to start (based on experience), performance bonus, full employee medical coverage, paid vacation, vision, pto, dental, Relocation Assistance, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
Experience bidding and managing with OST and Quickbid or Planswift (open to scheduling software) for commercial new or renovation projects for Drywall, metal stud of all sizes and complexities is a plus.
*Positive attitude and dedication to
excellence a must.
*Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary.
*Must be well versed in excel, word and e-mail communication.
*Efficiency in reading and understanding blue
prints is needed.
Should have 5-20 years’ experience as an Estimator/PM in the commercial drywall industry.
