Commercial Light Gauge Metal Framing/Drywall Contractor in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Processing of Submittals, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and RFI's
Assist in Safety Compliance
Assist in quantity take off of materials and preparation of cost estimates and proposals
Review Project Schedules
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Books
Architectural and Structural Design Drawings interpretation and reading experience helpful.
Team player with positive attitude, self motivated, eager and willing to learn more responsibilities and handle multiple projects.
Accuracy and speed are essential.
