Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
-Planning and managing the Construction Project from start to finish, including overseeing the design, construction, and close-out phases.
-Discretion and judgment exercised: Developing project plans and timelines, estimating costs, and identifying risks and potential obstacles.
-Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
Minimum Qualifications
-A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
-3-5 years of experience in Construction Project management
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations is essential
Preferred Qualifications
-Familiarity with relevant software programs, such as scheduling and project management software
