Job description

Tilebar is a rapidly expanding company that is revolutionizing the tiles industry in the United States by implementing cutting-edge technology, innovative practices, and a distinctive product line. We aim to reshape the way homeowners shop for tiles and home decor. With an ambitious vision to become the leading player in the multi-billion-dollar tiles market, we seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage Construction Projects and Tilebar trade show set-ups from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication to coordinate with various stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Establish and enforce quality control and safety protocols throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Implement corrective measures to address deviations from project plans.
• Identify potential risks and challenges and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path milestones.
• Establish Clear communication with internal partners as well as external vendors.
• Communicate schedule and budget changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Address maintenance issues post-project completion.
• Follow up on maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure the organization's facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed.
• Coordinate with external service providers, such as janitorial services, security, and landscaping.
• Manage office space allocation and layout to optimize workspace utilization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CMIT (Construction Manager in Training).
