Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Simultaneously managing 2-5 Construction Projects from inception through completion
Mentor Superintendents and Project Managers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
10-15 years of experience in Construction Project management
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience managing $500k – 30mil projects
Must have integrity
Exceptional leadership skills
Salary Range: $125-150K
