Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage, and mentor multiple teams of Construction Professionals
• Conduct on-site visits as necessary to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the active project status and forecast.
• Define the roles and responsibilities of construction teams for specific projects.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to project teams with the aim of enhancing their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Oversee multiple project teams, establishing clear and precise goals and objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Evaluate financial projections and project schedules.

Required Experience:

• 8-10+ years of Construction Management Experience
• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or industry related.
• Project experience: Commercial Mixed-Use & Multifamily
• Currently or previously employed with a GC or Builder Developer
• Local to Nashville or willing to relocate permanently (assistance provided)
