Construction Office Administrator

Position Summary: As a Construction Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations in our construction projects. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a knack for handling diverse administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Management of AIA pay applications
- Maintenance of a professional and organized office environment
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Running necessary permits
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Generation and management of invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace, with the ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrated accountability and integrity in business conduct
- Positive attitude and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to undergo training if needed
