As a Construction Manager I, you will be part of the Construction Department supporting various teams within the organization. Pay Range: $37 - $41
What’s the Job?
- Perform site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and visuals. quality inspections.
- Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot results.
- Ensure workmanship quality meets the Contract, the company standards, and Customer expectations.
- Ensure Service Providers meet technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Resolve Civil Works problems during the project.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project builds of over 100 sites.
- In-building experience required.
- Good knowledge and skills with the ability to identify and solve defined problems.
- Understand the necessity for improvement and change.
- Requires supervision and works within a given framework and time schedule.
