Construction Manager

Turner Industries Group is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the installation of packaging equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects related to packaging equipment installation, coordinating with contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and meeting project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, including executing safety meetings.
• Manage and coordinate the installation of packaging equipment projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop and execute project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct regular job walks to monitor progress, identify and escalate potential issues, and
  implement corrective actions
• Manage and mitigate project risks and conflicts
• Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager
• 5+ years of experience in packaging equipment installation, operation, manufacturing, or maintenance
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and up to quality standards
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment installation processes and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management software and tools
