Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

Emerald Search Partners is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the construction practice of a well-respected Seattle law firm (3830). Responsibilities include research complex legal issues, manage discovery, draft legal documents, conduct depositions and court hearings, communicate with clients, work with expert witnesses, and transactional work including preparing and negotiating construction contracts. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of litigation experience, preferable in construction law. Other requirements include excellent research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, a Washington state license, and the ability to work closely with multiple attorneys and staff.
