Construction Lead

ECS2, LLC is an established construction company that provides high quality, innovative, and sustainable building solutions for the properties in the Centro Management, LLC portfolio. We are currently looking for dedicated Construction Lead to join our team. You will play a vital role in managing various renovations and upgrades of buildings, while ensuring workmanship is to the highest standards of safety, quality, and craftmanship.

Responsibilities

Construction: Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including but not limited to framing, roofing, concrete work, and general carpentry

Material Handling: Safely handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to the job site

Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools proficiently to cut, shape, and assemble building materials

Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a lead team member, following instructions from supervisor and cooperating with construction professionals

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards in workmanship to ensure the successful completion of projects

Site Cleanliness: Keep the construction sit clean and organized, removing debris, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve construction related issues as they arise, adjusting as necessary.

Time Management: Complete Tasks and meet deadlines as set by the project manager

Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as required to support the projects success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction
• Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands for the job, including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Compensation

Full time hourly position, Monday through Friday
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
