M&N Excavators, a full-service contractor specializing in site work, utilities and transportation construction located in Oxford Mississippi is now hiring for Laborers. Job Summary/Qualifications
Laborers should be able to:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
- Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
- Safely work at heights, on ladders, in lifts, or below grade.
- Perform jobs and tasks assigned in a safe, timely manner.
- Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals.
- Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- OSHA 10 Safety Training preferred.
- First Aid / CPR Certification a plus.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, push, pull, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas.
- Must be able to work in all types of indoor/outdoor environments.
- Must be willing to travel and/or work overtime when required.
