Construction Laborer / Flagger Physical & Mental Demands:
Walls Brothers Asphalt, located in Greenville, OH, is looking to hire an asphalt Construction Laborer/flagger. This position will allow you to get new certifications and development.

Construction Laborer / Flagger Duties & Responsibilities could include but not limited to:
- Perform variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy highway, roadway, excavation, and infrastructure projects.
- Lay asphalt and mix, pour and smooth out to even out potholes or ditches.
- Assists in patching asphalt with hot and cold mix.
- Assist in installing various pipes and drains on construction projects.
- Installing traffic control devices.
- Minor service / maintenance on equipment.
- Drive trucks carrying materials and equipment from warehouse to sites.
- Set up safe work zones with proper equipment
- Communicate with your partner to keep everyone safe
- Control traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
- Provide outstanding service and protection to customers
Construction Laborer / Flagger Qualifications:
- Experience working as a laborer on construction projects.
- Valid commercial driver’s license is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must comply with all company safety policies.
Construction Laborer / Flagger Physical & Mental Demands:
- Standing for extensive period of times daily.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Extensive physical activity.
- Must work outdoors and in all weather conditions / terrain.
- Could be asked to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
