We are currently seeking skilled union carpenters and laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Creating temporary molds or frames to contain the concrete during pouring and until it set
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Assisting with general labor tasks as needed, including material handling, site cleanup, and other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success

Requirements:

We are seeking experienced Carpenters and Laborers but are will to develop your skills if you are just starting out and have a strong desire to build your future.

• Must be a member of a recognized union signatory to AGCNWO ( we will help get you started if not already a member)
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $19.61 - $33.06 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fremont, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
