Summary (Scope of the Internship)
Cotton is searching for an energetic, reliable, and task-oriented Summer Intern, who will work directly with construction partners, responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of the construction industry with an industry leader in commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Auditing project financials
- Complete administrative tasks and projects as outlined
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Background Requirements

- Must be 21+ at time of Internship
- Availability to report to work for the duration of the Internship Program
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Education
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university program
Experience and Skills
- Entry-level construction knowledge
- Administrative support experience
