As we continue to grow, we are seeking to add Business Development to our team for the Midwest Region.
So what would you do?
- Travel within the Midwest region to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry and precast sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base, driving sales growth in the region.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships within the precast industry.
- Utilize a proven record of sales success to win jobs.
- Knowledgeable in the practices, processes, and products in the precast industry.
- Effectively use HubSpot to manage and track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Leverage HubSpot’s capabilities to streamline communication and collaboration within the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify bid opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the Preconstruction Department.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Knowledge of precast industry practices and processes.
- Previous experience with general contractors, architecture firms, or industry vendors is a plus.
- Self-motivated, high-achieving, curious, and competitive individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regionally within the Midwest.
