Construction Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for working under the direction of the Superintendent to manage home building schedules, trade partner coordination, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

$55,000 annually

• Manage home construction and conduct daily walks of all homes (every house, every room, every day).
• Manage daily construction schedule.
• Communicate with trade partners
• Meet with City Inspectors.
• Manage construction quality and perform quality control inspections.
• Prepare homes for New Home Orientation.
• Participate in Buyer Touch Point Meetings with Superintendent.
• Assist Warranty Representatives as needed.
• Maintain community safety and cleanliness.
• Manage job cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction required
• Computer skills preferred (Microsoft Office, Scheduling)
• Must possess excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Must be able to clearly explain and resolve issues on the job site to trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, other project managers, and supervisors.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
