As a Program Manager, you'll work closely with our team of rockstar Behavior Analysts, speech language pathologists, and behavior technicians to ensure that each child is receiving individualized care that is tailored to their unique needs. Here are some of the awesome things you'll get to do as a Program Manager at Lighthouse:
- Conduct initial assessment for new clients as needed, complete corresponding insurance documents, and conduct initial parent binder meeting
- Create, monitor, and maintain adequate amount of individualized treatment plan goals for each client on caseload
- Make data-based decisions and conduct error analysis for each client on caseload's goals to ensure progression
- Establish and maintain rapport with each client on caseload's family
- Direct monthly parent trainings for each client on caseload's parent(s)/caregiver(s) in the center, home, or community and complete parent training document at the conclusion of each training session
- Prepare for clients on caseload to transition to less restrictive environment, including parent communication in advance, coordination with school/program, and conduct LAC graduation
- Prepare all insurance report documents in a timely manner upon each client on caseload's reauthorization period
- Complete peer-to-peer reviews if needed under supervision of and with assistance from Clinical Director
- Bill sufficient number of ethical, direct service hours with each client on caseload - at least 28 total hours per week
- Provide supervision time (at least 5%) with each RBT in pod to ensure credential can be maintained
- Complete and submit daily BCBA logs to document billable hours in a timely manner
- Coordinate with clinical staff & review daily RBT logs for accuracy and submit at end of the day
- Collaborate with other members of clinical staff for overall center management

What you bring:
- Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
