Assist the lead Project Manager in organizing, planning, scheduling, problem solving for multiple simultaneous projects, managing activities of the jobsite workface while ensuring jobsite safety and controlling resources necessary to effectively meet the projects schedules and budgets for all aspects of Sitework.
Qualifications:
· Construction industry experience
· Knowledge of Site Excavation, water, sewer installation and concrete design and installation.
· Knowledge of project management processes, technology and safety principles.
· Strong communication skills
· MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook
· Submittal Exchange, Procore, experience preferred.
Specific Duties – include the following and other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and manage overall job activities, including schedule, manpower, equipment and material.
· Assist in establishment and maintenance of project budgets.
· Coordinate job-site requirements with foremen, subcontractors and other personnel.
· Attend and effectively participate in project meetings.
· Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials per budget.
· Track materials to ensure schedules are maintained.
· Maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal employees and other trades on site.
· Ability to establish and maintain submittals logs and RFI logs.
· Ability to create submittals for Owner approval.
· Communicate accurately and concisely with internal and external personnel.
· Work included with the bidding process for all sites and general construction. Including writing scope of work directly from plans and spec provided by the Architects and Engineering firms.
· Responsible for obtaining all submittal documents for each specification.
· Worked with site superintendents on scheduling deliveries.
· Worked within the budgets establish by Project Manager and Estimator
