Working with an Excellent Client that is looking to hire an experienced Construction Admin Coordinator! This will be a direct hire posotion and is on-site in Charleston, SC. Starting salary is $55-$65k + Benefits. This is an entry level to mid level posotion. Perfect canidates will have 2-4 years of experince.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Stormwater experience Preffered
- Civil Engineering background
- Project Management exp
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Carlson, preferred

As a Construction Administrator, job duties are to monitor contracts, process billing, keep track of documents, arrange project schedules, supervise workers, and check in with clients. They often work in a field office to keep a close eye on ongoing projects, or in a company's home office.
Job Duties:
- Managing the quality of work and budget costs.
- Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
- Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.
- Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.
- Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
- Visiting and inspecting building sites.
- Reporting on progress and challenges.
- Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.
- Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.
