The ConnectWise Program Manager at New Charter Technologies will be responsible for the coordination of key business automation projects and initiatives on an ongoing basis. This will include building systems and processes, leading projects, and providing coordination and follow-up support. The ConnectWise Program Manager, at their most effective, will advance our capabilities through automation strategies, optimizing workflows and evoking innovation across the company through the implementation of ConnectWise ASIO, BoostvCIO and other ERP systems. This will include a mixture of project-based work, regular reporting, and strategic thinking.
Primary Responsibilities
Implementation responsibilities include:
- Drive and project manage workstreams related to the implementation of ConnectWise ASIO, BoostvCIO and other complex software upgrades, enhancement requests, and installation initiatives.
- Establish communication and accountability for initial group of four companies on ASIO pilot.
- Drive implementation of mapping and data integrity/data conversion as part of overall set-up of Boost vCIO tool for a selected group of Operating Companies.
- Translate business unit requirements to create and refine checklist items to capture information that can be utilized across multiple data sources.
- Project-manage all aspects of the implementation processes across functions, acting as a concierge to ensure a smooth experience for Partner Company users.
- Manage ERP implementation workstreams and act as the liaison between New Charter’s Corporate and Partner teams and initiatives.
- Schedule all necessary meetings throughout implementation(s) to ensure effective, consistent communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with the leadership at both New Charter Partner Companies and Software Vendors to ensure they are informed and to set proper expectations for timeframes and next steps.
- Control requests and prioritize the order of events to keep the application teams and Partner Company participants focused on the right requests to support the timeline.
- Ensure timely responses to requests and review of material to support ERP implementation flow.
- Actively monitor application usage and growth to ensure appropriate scalability of software, workflows, and infrastructure enhancements
- Track progress on all workstreams and be able to provide updates at any given time.
- Hold regular update meetings to ensure New Charter leaders are in the know on all critical tasks, are updated on how the implementation projects are progressing, as well as to bring to light potential risks/opportunities to drive quick decision-making.
- Design and document project plans, timelines, and supporting materials for current and future state business processes.
- Regularly assess progress on priority focus areas, re-prioritize initiatives as needed, as well as plan, monitor and reassess the key metrics that matter as the business model evolves.
Data Integrity responsibilities include:
- Analyze large complex data sets related to business processes.
- Research issues and use analysis to produce solution options (including alternative solutions when necessary to address system limitations).
- Gather, clean, reconcile, categorize, automate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Measure platform-wide data integration, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
- Document performance across functional area(s) per established processes, collecting and reporting on data at agreed upon intervals.
- Build action plans into Microsoft Planner and ensure compliance with agreed-upon milestones.
Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years’ project management (or related) experience.
- 5+ years' experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) Environment
- 2+ years’ experience using ConnectWise required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in using Microsoft tools to create and streamline business processes.
- Experienced in using/driving collaborative use of Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and OneDrive.
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing large & enterprise scale projects.
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing multiple projects of varying timelines at one time.
- Experience defining, documenting, automating, and streamlining processes.
- Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Automation Project.
